For H1-BTransfer-- Need a help

Hi,

I need to know, whether LIN number is enough for H1-B Transfer or Not? Because, one company is processing my H1-B..I got a LIN number from that company.. But, In the mean time another company wants to transfer my H1 to their company for my new Job...

Please let me know, whether LIN number is enough for H1-B Transfer or Not? ...

Did you check the LIN number online for validity.
Also try to get a copy of the receipt notice. You can do another transfer using the pending H1. However if you do not have a current valid I94 and the employer you are with cancels the h1 transfer your status will be in jeopardy.
