For Guys 485 hold bcoz Company Name Change

Hi

One of my friend has the same problem and our lawyer has filed I140 amendment proactively in March Ist Week. After getting I140 notice, our lawyer asked the supervisor at VSC to link with 485. His case has approved yesterday. I am planning to do so. I will appreciate if any body have any comments.

I don\'t know his details exactly. any how approx details PD 12/96, RD/ND 04/99 FP 01/00 I140 amend in March 01. Company name changed after I 485.
