Huh? Something is fishy there. What kind of visa are you on that would allow you to work from 16 June? And worse, apparently without a college degree.

i am actually a doctor..... i got into a medical billing course over here..... i got matched at some hospital... Hospital doesnt come under the cap..... i didnt complete my course..... now i think that will help you more my case

That makes better sense. I would say you are legal. You were in F-1 status on June 15, and in H-1B status on June 16. I don't think you have a problem.
