For Ginnu/RealC/Gurus about AP filing case transfer

Today I see my case transferred from VSC to TSC.
Per Ginnu experience it takes 3-4 weeks for file transfer.

I was planning to file for AP next week.

Should I wait these 3-4 weeks and then file?

When I search at the following link for TSC, are they saying not to file I131.!!(under NOTE EXCEPTIONS)?

Should I efile and send supporting doc or send form and docs together to the valid server center?

-------------better wait 2 weeks and then file with TSC and on cover letter explain that your I-485 has been transferred from VSC to TSC (attach the copy of transfer notice )

------------------form I-131 is also used for RE-ENTRY PERMIT and it can be only filed by GC holders and can be only filed with NSCShould I efile and send supporting doc
