For folks who did FP recently and uscis got FP results on nov 4th.

Confirming things here,

Mine LUD changed again today to 11/11/2004, just like others, another friend of mine also got his LUD changed today,but till y'day his status was saying "On nov 4th we recd ur FP" and now it says "on Nov 10th we recd ur FP"....

plz share ur thoughts :eek:
 
FP Recd message

My self and my wife gave FP at Atlanta on Nov 3, 2004. today we found lud with the following messge for both to me and my wife.

I140 - ND 03/30/2004 and approved 10/29/2004
I485 - ND 04/30/2004 and FP done 11/03/2004 and LUD 11/11/2004 for FP recd.

On November 10, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your
I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status
were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a
notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

How long it will take once this message posted for approval.

Same thing with me only diffrence is, I was seeing till today morning message as

On November 4, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your
I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Now it is reading as
On November 10, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your

I DID MY FP AT HARTFORD

how pathetic you folks are..

By sharing those LUD messages can make you folks so exciting??? Get real, no matter how many LUDs you got, it doesn't mean a crap.
It's not under your control people!!... it's the USCIS, they are unpredictable, there is no certain rule they handle cases,
If I tell you I got 2 or 3 FPs, got 20 LUDs, what does that mean to you? NOTHING!! You think you can predict your approval..give me a break.
If it's your time, it comes whenever it wants. Just go home, sleep, do something, ..j#rk off..eat some curry.., whaterver make u happy, it's much better then looking at people's LUDs to satisfy your own imagination.

LUD is something, which shows that someone is working on your file. I believe that theory.

My LUD changed on 3rd and 4th Nov, no e-mails and no On-line message change till yesterday, Yesterday we received e-mails stating that they received RFE responce. So I contacted my attorney today. Guess what, they issued one RFE for all us, questioning about my legal status. I was with company A, when I filed H1. Next year Company A was merged with Company B. I applied GC based on Company B. Eventhough attorney sent all the merger documentation, the adjucator overlooked the file and sent RFE stating I was out of status from past 4 years, since i did not worked for Company A and working Company B. when attorney replied to RFE, my case status was updated and received e-mails.

I agree with you LUD means something, this surely shows that some one is working on our file, this is a different story that it may take long to complete the process.

please keep us posted about your case, I guess you are almost there.

Yesterday was Veteran's day, and CIS offices were closed. Since LUD changes normally come early in the morning the day after a case gets touched, further LUD changes are unlikely until Monday. That is if no major development occurs in a case.
 
My LUD changed today. The FP received status was already updated earlier on 11/04/2004.
 
More LUD change

3 more LUD changes on 8/11 ..cases filed in > 15 March 2003 and < 15 April 2003..they are my colleagues
 
I cannot believe that this LUD change will carry any meaning, at least in my case. I am March 04 filer, (though Sub Labor with Priority date Jul 2000). Mine and derivative, 485’s LUD changed from Oct21 to Nov 11 without message change.
Seems there was some issue with their computer system and all those cases which had FP around Oct 04, have got updated. Otherwise who will touch the cases on Holiday? My observation is LUD changes during the day when the case is taken up.
 
How to identify the LUD has changed or not?

Should we just check the case status on the uscis.gov website?

Please advice.

You may well be right that this was just a computer glitch. However, in my case LUD changed the day after they got my FP results early in the morning.
 
NO change after Nov4 Fp received

ND Sep 2003
FP done Oct 30 2004
LUD NOV 4th 2004 received FP

Thats it no change since than

Now I am sick of reading all this LUD chnages info in forum. Will anything happen by this december??

Update

Two additional LUD changes this morning: first, in the wee hours, to 11/16, and then to 11/17 around 7:30 am. Unlike the previous two changes, this time LUD changed for both me and my wife.
 
Hay guys, are we no seeing this trend tht once you frequent LUD changes stop after FP recd msg...in average in 10 days folks are getting approval/RFEs?

can some one confirm this?
 
All depends on luck

Frequent change may result in RFE or transfer. Once RFE has been received and frequent changes stop, yes chances are good.

If LUD changes once or twice :) and nothing happens, wait and watch :D

Mine changed only 2 times after FP recd, on 11/09 and 11/11 and after that nothing till now.

Wait min, didn't u wrote that if LUD changes only couple of time after FP recd msg then there is 90% chances of getting something in 10days?
