For Ciba - Have the FP notices stopped?

Have the FP notices stopped or can one expect more in the next week or again there will be a gap of months like the one after April of this year.

for past 3-4 day no one has received FP notice except 1 guy with last name starting \'Z\' ..

much much more). I don\'t understand why fewer people get the
notices this time around.

My RD 3/6 ND 3/27, got EAD/AP but No FP. My Last Name starts with "S". I am living in Santa Clara. WAC # 01-142. Please post any one got FP notices last 3/4 days (today 7/22/01).

ND 4/19 no FP yet

I haven\'t received FP notice yet and i also live in Santa Clara...
Are the FP notices issued based on the county u live in....
