I am not sure if you have genuine advice & know of some legal way to help applicants or if you are just trying to make easy money by providing false hope to folks who are desparate.

From what I know which is based on other folks experiences and after talking to lawyers, there is no magic solution that guarantees a visitor visa. Visa issuing officers do not have the time to listen to your long explanations or review your documents. The only thing the applicants can do is answer the questions and IF asked show the necessary supporting documents.

So, if you have advice to offer, please do so by replying to the thread so that it helps everyone. Please do not try to use this forum as your advertising board for earning a quick buck by giving false hope to individuals.

Tim, Well Said;

I know this guy 'ACVakil' very well.

That stands for Arun C Vakil. He calls himself to be a US immigration expert and is among many visa consultants who promise magic things.

He also has published a book in India regarding US greencard and visa, mostly by copying the contents from websites like this one and several other ones, that provide free information. And he is selling that book for Rs. 500 a copy, without even acknowledging the websites he copied information from (or getting the permission to copy) !

In addition to abusing this board to search for customers ('bakra'), he also regularly goes through several immigration forums, gets the email addresses of people and spams them.

Whenever some of his customers have questions, many times he points them to free websites and charges them money for doing that!

Also, 'Vakil' stands for 'Lawyer', but he is not a lawyer.

It would be best the administrator can ban this person as it does not look he has any genuine interest in helping people for free, but search for 'bakra'.
