Let's discuss what we can do to make the INS finally work on our cases. I'm exploring the idea of class action. I'm sick of these bloodsuckers.

I do not call 1-800-no-help line any more. Some phone answering people are qiute nice, most are rude. What they all have in common, though, is being absolutely unhelpful. All you are going to hear if try to talk to them is a reference to "official" timeline on their website, which currently is February 1, 2001 ND. (Your application is past even their official processing estimate) Do even not bother calling them. I gave already tried. I'm preparing a letter mentioning, among other things, legal action against them if there's no progress in the adjudication process within a month and suggest that all of us, "dinosaurs" do the same.
