I have received from FBI that there were no records against my name. Does that mean my "NC" would be cleared soon????

I am not sure why they like my file

99.9999% of the folks who are stuck in name check will have no records when queried by FOIPA.

It is just a piece of information to use to get your NC cleared.
FOIPA just queries a single database it seems. Ncheck process does a lot more but does not know what.

It's bad luck if we are stick in NCheck

Could you please let me know how to file a FOIPA? My case is also pending from past 2 years.
