Follow-up of "Delay in NORI"

This is a follow-up of my previous post. I just received my second NORI from Home Dept but the passport office in Delhi is still strangely silent (it has been a year). While I am plan on waiting a bit for them to reply....I was wondering if there is any among you who may have received a NOC from the Indian embassy in Washington, DC based on just two NORIs. I am guessing this would be only
when there is exceptional delay in obtaining the NORIs.

In most of cases passport office directly to send to their NORI clearnce to your realted embasssy in US. better u contact your juridiction embassy is there they received passport office your NORI clearnce or what??
