Is there anyone has this kind of experience?

My marriage date is the same as my approval date, but I got marry in HK, can I use the time difference between the two areas and apply my wife as follow to join?

I asked my lawyer, she can\'t be sure it is ok or not, but she asked me to file follow to join to have a try, but I afraid it will affect my wife if she wants to enter US by other visa. Is there anyone who has the same experience or help me to us your lawyer? Please help.

and avm was updated on feb 17
and notice was received in mail on feb 22
and stamping was done on march 15.

so when is the cut off date ?
