Hi Experts
Since i got my Green card, my spouse is technically out of status as she was on H4.
However, i have filed for her 485 on July 2nd but did not received any receipt notice yet.

I will wait for few days, but just needed guidance, on how to proceed with Follow to Join?

If she's filed her I-485, you've done all you need to do. When was your GC approved?
