Follow to Join !!!! plz Help

My employment based I-485 was approved in August 2004. B4 that I was on H1b. I married in my home country in Jan 2004 and my wife never been here. I just came to know that there is a procedure "Follow to Join" I-824.

1) Can I bring her to USA on I-824 at this point. Even I'm on green card status since August 2004.

Is there gonna be any complexity in my case? If I can prove on paper work that I married her before 08/2004 but never calimed her as my wife b'cos I just recently came to know that I can file her as Follow to Join program. What is your opinion? What questions INS can ask me,, Why I didn't claimed her earlier? or it doesn't matters?

Hi Fiaz,
You can bring your wife to u.s by filing for follow to join/consular processing for your wife.once your wife is granted immigrant visa by the consulate after the interview ,she can enter u.s. after that.
As long as you have married before your 485 approval, (which you are) and can prove it, you should not have any problems.
you can file for I-824 at the earliest and then follow on by filing at the respective consulate the following docs(refer the below link).
