follow-to-join or H1B best

Hi,

I am waiting for my 485 to be approved. I am planning get married in India in April. What is the best way to get my spouse to US:
1) Get married in India and apply for follow-to-join
2) Get her H1B through employment and apply for adjustment of status in US.

Which one of these will take less time? Which is better in terms of risk?

Other way

You better bring your wife as soon as possbile and apply
for 485.

you should see the thread for follow to join and you will
know how tough procedure that is
