Follow to Join Beneficiary need to file I 751?

My wife has been issued GC, based on Follow to Join, consular processing.
When she entered US, we were married less than 2 yrs.

So does she have to file for I-751 to remove conditions?
How do we know if she has been granted Conditional Residence?

Her GC is unconditional since she is a derivative beneficiary of you, hence no I-751 is needed.
