Are there folks who had their 2nd FP in Aug 2004 who are still waiting for any news from CSC? Iam getting a little edgy (especially when my mind is off from work mode)

Folks pls respond AND save my sanity (whatever i have atleast)

Just today found out that CSC has approved my app.
Good luck everyone. The approvals are just around the corner.

1st FP Jan 2003 and 2nd FP received July 16 by CA center. My lawyer sent a request and after 30 days reply came back and said my case under detail review and need sufficient time!

I am wondering also if any action should be taken to be helpful.

Aug 2nd finger print

Hi Folks,
I had 2nd finger print on 30th of Aug. On 29th of Sept I got message online that my case was transferred to local office (San jose) for interview. Still waiting and eager to know when will be my interview.

To Check LUD, NEED to register with USCIS ONLINE

Hello there, :cool:

To check LUD, please go to the USCIS ONLINE STATUS to register. After you registered, you will receive automatic email if any update or somebody had touched your file from USCIS. You can also log on to see any status change of your own WAC file!

The pattern is that if any inquiry or review of your file, you will see a new LUD date. I saw from this post that if you have more frequent LUD dates even without any meaningful messages which mean you should see the approval very soon :) :p

I am not 100% sure about this, may be someone was approved can give us some feedback to see if this is true or not :D

None from my side, my lawyer sent a fax inquiry 3 weeks back, no response yet.
 
Update

My lawyer had sent a fax inquiry and today I saw the status said the following:

'On November 9, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. '

Dont know what it means. Any idea folks?

I called them in October and received a letter said the same waiting shit...

My RD is 11/4/2004, on 11/19/2004 I received a notice for finger printing on 12/3/2004, I don't know if it is good or bad. Is it this quick?
