I am planning to use FOIA to get my I140 application from CSC. iT HAS been pending for 9 mths .I currently live in NJ but my case is at CSC. So where should i send the FOIA form too. also pls explain one thing ' does getting these forms from USCIS give any idea as to when the case might get approved etc. I have heard some poeple say that they received their applications and got some valuable info out of it .pls advise
 
Does it detail what is happening with the case? You mean we could get use it as status enquiry.
