FOIA request for LC

Hi All:

Did some searching on the FOIA request to get information on ETA 750A and 750B. I want to know the job description and job title but I don't have a copy of the LC.

Where should I send the FOIA request? USCIS or DOL? My I-140 has been approved and I-485 has been pending for ~ 3 years.

Has anybody sent a FOIA request for LC? How long did it take?

------------------------send it to USCIS and also to DOL

If you know your case number and approval year you can get all the details here except the Job description (JD). Yes for JD you need a copy of labor.

I did a FOIA request and got it after exactly 15 months.
Be prepared for a long wait if you apply.
