You can fax too, if you have the copy. They'll start working on the fax but will wait for the original by mail to send you the documents.

Please watchout for any LUD change for your FOIA request and post in this forum.

Hi Newkidd,

On FOIA receipt, they gave some control number like NSC200xxxxxxx. You can not use this number as receipt number to track case stauts online. I tried, it did not work for me.

Please help

I have copy of 750A/B which my employer filed, copy of I140, copy of receipt of I-485. do I need copy of approved labor if I plan to file AC21 . Please advise......
