Hello -

Does anyone know how long does it take for G-639 requests to be processed at the NSC ? I filed one a few weeks back to get a copy of my labor certification (750A and B) but have not heard anything yet.

My 8 year old son was waiting for his GC for over 3 years now. I made an infopass and after 30 days received a reply mail that I have to submit G-369..no reply yet from them as of today
 
G-639 -foia question

Hey is it safe to file for a G-639 FOIA to find out my Green card number even though it has been expired since 2001? I don't want any problems with INS...like come to my house with my address on record with the application? Can someone answer this for me please? Thank for your response:)
