Hi,

My Labor is approved on Mar 2003. I want 750s copy. My Layer is not able to give anything. Anyone know FOIA Phone number to get more detail about to get copy of Labor from NJ DOL. I have visited and search in NJ department of labor website. not able to find anything.

Any one Sucess to get Labor copy under FOIA from NJ Department of Labor.

I know few people who used FOIA and got their case details, including ETA 750 from USCIS. There is a dedicated thread for FOIA in VSC. If your 140 is filed, then only you can use it with USCIS. Is your 140 filed?

I do not know anyone who used FOIA to get LC copy from DOL.
