Your FOIA request with USCIS will result in them sending you your entire case file.

Depends if the FOIA will be sent directly to your lawyer and if your lawyer will want to forward it to you.

If you have a hearing or court date, you can ask for expedited handling and processing of your FOIPA request. Keep in mind that USCIS will only send you what they have jurisdiction over which is your A-file. If you want any thing the CBP might have such as IBIS notes - which I do not think they will share- and entries and exits, you need to submit a separate FOIPA to the CBP.
