flower dealer on h-1b

hi my name is yevgeniya and curently i am working with an h-1b and i have the opportunitie to work as a dealer for an ecuadorian company (flower bussiness) my h-1b is in horticulture and i would like to know if is posible to work as a dealer without breaking any INS laws and what are the steps to follow if it is posible to do it , also i would like to know more web pages about this matter .
