Florida - EB3 (RIR)

Hello,

My LC was applied on September 6, 2002 (EB3 - RIR) at Florida. Please let me know, if you have any experience regarding the processing times at Florida.

Hi,

Florida SESA received my LC application on July 9. My lawyer has not received a case number yet.

Did you receive receipt from SESA? How do you find out your case is in Atlanta Regional DOL?

I have to resubmit my 750A SESA application on Dec. 25, 2002 because my wage was under the prevailing wage. :(

Did you get any case number from ATLANTA. My case was moved to ATL on 4-dec-02, but lcastatus04@doleta.gov doesn't show my case.

do you have any idea how long it took for u to get case numebr and how did u get?

AKIRA - your attorney will get a letter from FL SESA once your case moved to ATLANTA and also you can call FL SESA to get status of your case, just tell them employer name and ur last name. The number is (850) 921-3367. Most of time it goes to voice mail, but some time successful too, lady there is quiet co-operative and nice.

My lawyer has not received the letter from FL SESA yet. He does not inform me for updates like this unless I call him, kind of dissappointed since his fee is not cheap.. any of you guys/gal have similiar experience?

I will post an update as soon as I know my case is in ALTANTA DOL.

Akira,

I will keep in regular touch with my lawyer through my employer and they will let me know the status. I will check the immigration website for processing times and if the processing times match with my priority date, then only I will ask.
