FLORIDA BEC 45 Day Letter

Any one who had applied from Florida got the 45 day letter from PA BEC, MY PD IS JUNE 2003. Please post the details on the application as well as 45 day letter date-thanks

I have not received the letter from PBEC.
My PD is Oct, 2004 and I suppose that my case was sent to PBEC from SWA.
My lawyer has not received any 45 day letter for any of his clients.

45 Day Letter

My Pd Is June 2003, I Tried Calling Bec, However The Status Can't Be Checked Until You Have Received The 45 Day Letter. My Prime Concern Is Case Closure, I Have Heard Many Closure Due To Mail Lost

I haven't received it yet. Mine was filed in EB2 -RIR PD- OCT 2004

You can get all the information you want, for Florida, etc, in the "BEC Priority Date Tracker" Thread. They post frequently the Tracker in .zip file so you can get an Excel sheet and have all the information.

By the way, I received my 45 letter on Abril 6, 2005. My PD Jul 2003.
