Fixed TIme frame for 2nd FP.

I applied for my 3rd EAD last week. (Exp Jan2004)
When do I expect my 2nd FP?
Is there a time frame for receiving 2nd FP or just at the mercy of BCIS?
Or is it possible that I may get approved without 2nd FP? Ofcourse with atleast a RFE for 485.
How about the medicals? 1st medical done in Dec 2001.

I can only answer question about medical

I think there is a rule? memo? about the medical exam being accepted as long as it was done during the I-485 application, even if it is old.

I was interviewed at the Baltimore INS office two weeks ago (I am a derivative applicant on my husband's EB-2, there were questions about my FP which resulted in our forms being separated so he got his GC in May while I was transferred for interview). When the INS official went over the papers, he got to my medical and said "This is old...from 2001! When did you file the I-485?" Then before I could answer, he checked it himself and said "Oh, November 2001. Okay, then." and just moved on.

I don't know whether it is a coincidence or not, Some people got fp2 right after they applied ap or ead etc., If that is true you may get fp2 in 2 weeks span.

My lawyer sent renewal of my 3rd EAD and 3rd AP last week

Hope that triggers my 2nd Fingerprinting

FP : April 26 02

No FP2 and No RFE
