First time TN application denied at Blaine POE, then approved by USCIS

My TN application denied at Blaine Peace arch land POE, reason was the job descirption of documents don't match that of handbook. The lawyer updated documents and used premium processing and got apporved by USCIS. My question is: Do I have to go to the same POE or can I go to the airport instead? Plus even Blaine has two POEs, if I choose another one in Blaine, will they think I'm doing port shopping?

Another question is: I understand I'm only allowed to enter the US with TN 10 days prior to the start day, can I go to the land POE more than 10 days to get the TN then come back to Canada right away then enter the US 10 days prior to the start day? Thank you!

You aren't port shopping if you fix the problem you had, which you did.

Port shopping is taking the same petition to one or more POE trying to find one that will be lax and let you in.

Your approved I-129 *should* be good enough to get you through, but POE will double-check to make sure you didn't "port shop" with USCIS>
