My wife is going for first time H1B stamping in Feb 2005 at US Consulate in Delhi.She was on H4 till Feb 2004.She got her H1 in Feb mid 2004 and her social security in March end 2004.But she started working in July 2004.Will she be counted as out of status for period from March to June when she didn't start working but had received her social security number?
Will there be any issue while stamping her H1B visa at Delhi?
