I\'m currently waiting for my first EAD from TSC. When looking at www.shusterman.com I can see two processing times:
I-765 (c)(8) (Initial) 5/24/01
I-765 Employment Authorization - Other 4/14/01
Two questions:
(1) Which one applies to the first EAD? I filed together with my I-485, which corresponds to category (c)(9). I\'m not sure whether the first line means "(c)(8) category plus initial EADs for all other categories" or "initial EAD for (c)(8) category".
(2) Is the date RD or ND? There is three months difference in my case.

Note: I cannot go to the local INS office to get an interim EAD so I need to wait for my EAD in the mail.
