first time crossing the boarder for interview

Hello,

This is the first time I am crossing the boarder for interview and need to cross the boarder again for TN Visa.

I have heard US immigration officers are strict on consultants trying to take American jobs. Has anybody been denied by US immigration or accused of stealing jobs.

I have read here, this Canadian salesman was banned for stealing jobs.

When I first cross the boarder I am going to tell them I am going for an interview, would they ban me for stealing jobs?

I have to recross the boarder again to obtain TN visa are they going to deny me?

Anyone crossed the boarder for interview lately?
 
Salesmen aren't eligible for TN.

If you are eligible and you have proper documentation, you have nothing to worry about.

If you have a set interview, you should be fine.
 
Don't forget that TN Visas are not subject to Department of Labor regs relating to only giving jobs to foreigners once Americans could apply for them.
