Congratulations to Chikki, I am in a similar situation with an almost identical RFE issued two weeks before his RFE was issued. The only difference being my finger prints expired before BCIS received the rfe response and I now got the 2nd FP notice.

Good to know BCIS(NSC) is still working actively on EB cases
