5yrs after having my GC , I realized that my first and last names were switched on my green card. My previous employer and I never noticed for the last five years and now I got a new job and I realized the error just before starting my new job. I could not start my new job since I could not correct it in the first 3 days. My attorney suggests me to apply for citizenship and get it corrected, but by applying for I-90 and sending my card to the INS, I can atleast get a temporary stamp on the passport so I can start my work. Any idea if there will be any issues in doing the I-90 and N-400 simultaneously. My job is very important for me now. Any advice would be appreciated..
