The meeting of CA team and Jenifer Tang at Barbara Boxer's office went very well. There were three people ***, **** and *****. They went there with full preparation such as our presentation, three color printed copy of presentation which were binded professionally, presentation fully loaded on the laptop. ***, **** and ***** were very happy with the response that they got from the Senator Boxers office. According to them if more and more people visit their senator's office and their House of representative's office the problem that we are facing can be brought to the table quickly. At the end of the meeting Jenifer said that I will forward the copy of presentation to the Senator and would also brief her abou this problem.

People from CA and from other states are urged to start calling or meeting their senators.

Jenifer Tang's response,
She was very impressed with the presentation. She took the printed and binded color copy of presentation and said that she will forward it to Senator Boxer in Washington.
She gave name of three individual, one is in Washington DC and asked us to meet them whenever we are in Washington DC.
She said that "Very few people actually know about this problem. The problem is solvable and we should definitely work on this."
She said that every Senator appoints one individual who deals with immigration related issue. She said that she was very impressed with the way we are organized and we should try to get in touch with every senators in all the state.
She said that every Senator has authority to talk to the USCIS directly and tell them to inform us about our application status, if there is any problem with our application and USCIS is not willing to listen to us.

Not clear???

1. Who are these three individuals? Why their names not being disclosed? Any particular reason for this confidentiality?

2. Why the binding of paper has given more importance? Why not the real issue got major feedback? Why the professionalism is necessary? Are we paying them to drive the issue?

3. Why it is necessary to visit their office in person? Why not either email or the fax simply does its job? Are we in US, or back home?

4. How come every senator appoints one individual who deals with Immigration issue? Is Senator doing USCIS job as well? What is the reason of involving one person for immigration related issue?

5. I am not sure how Senator has an authorizy to speak to USCIS unless you have given them written consent form?

You need to ask this question to the Senators

5. I am not sure how Senator has an authorizy to speak to USCIS unless you have given them written consent form?
Please Call the Senators and tell them not to do it.

Now my question to you, what is your intent of being on this forum ?
