First H1-B stamp after J-1 visa. Tijuana or Canada?

Where is better to go to get my first H1B-stamp?

I entered US as a J-1 (unrestricted), later got H1-B status.

Unfortunately it is unrealistic to apply for that stamp in my
own country, because of long visa processing there and my very short vacation.

I live close to San Diego, so Tijuana, Mexico seems to be the best bet, but may be it is not? Did anyone have any recent experience of getting their first H1 in Mexico or Canada?

i think u can take help from Attorney to get visa from Mexico or Canada .

If you have a non usa (qualifying for H1) degree, it is better in tijuana
