First FP

I read somewhere in this forum that the FP notice would be recieved only after 9 months of I-485 filing, because FP is valid only for 15 months and currently they estimate it may take upto 24 months to adjudicate the EB 485 cases.
 
from april 2003 onwards FP notice will be issued 9 months after received date for AOS. This guideline was set due to expiry of FP after 15 months. As AOS processing is taking more than 15 months, People has to do 2nd FP etc.
 
Suggestion

If you want to make this thread more readable, it should be kept only for the purpose it was created for, i.e. FP tracking. All posts that don't deal with the topic should be deleted. This will ensure that the thread is kept lean and useful.

karma_yoga, if you could add that in the first post on this thread, it will act as instructions for future posters. This is a good idea, to consolidate all the FP receipts in one thread, that way we have a single source of truth!
