I recd my first FP notice a few weeks ago with a scheduled appt for 31 aug.

Today I recd another FP notice with a scheduled appt for 8th Oct

Looking closely I saw the following differences in the two notices,

In the tab for Application number, the first notice has a a numberstarting with FPS*002xxxxxxx while the second one has my 485 recpt no.

Next to the application number tab, the first notice has Received Date and Priority Date tab which are populated with the ND of my 485 app. The Second notice does not have these two tabs and instead has a Service Center Tab (filled in with ESC ???)

At the very bottom the application number tab is present and the first notice has the FPS*xxxxxx whereas the second one has the 485 recpt no.

Has any one experienced multiple first FP notices. Should I be concerned

On another note, my wife's 485 application is separately filed. So I beleive she would be receiving FP separately, has any one tried to get it done at together at Boston ???

many thanks for your attention and input

Same as you

Today I recieved my 2nd FP notice after I did my first FP on 08/21 Newark(Received on 08/06). Today's notice format is exactly same as yours. It's strange, first time I got 2 notices for my wife and me. This time only me. Tomorrow I have to call them.

No answer from INS

I call 800 No. They said I don't know more than you. If you got notice, you should go.
I checked my status online, it change to "collected and pending review" on Aug 26. What does this mean? Today I got another FP notice for my wife.
If you didn't FP. should no problem, just submit 2 notices. But I have done. It's waste of my time. I may go early to ask them if they allow me enter earlier than the appointed date.

I went to the Boston ASC for the FP. I asked three people (who appeared someone with authority), and they told me that the second notice (immediately preceeding the appontment) is redundant and not necessary at all.

Later, after I came back, I sent an email to my lawyer, and they resonated with the same info. They did mention to monitor the web status and if it changes, then its ok .. if not, then to go with the new notice again.
