First FP expired for ND 07/2002

Lawyer send exp letter 3 times.
01/11/05 --Offical inquiry and contacted congressman contact.
01/25/05 --LUD changed stating we responded to your question.
0/30/05 -- Congressman replied with INS repsonse that my finger print is expired (I am glad to heat that ) and you are in the wait list for schedule finger print.
02/01/05 Received letter from INS Stating we are currenly processing 12/19/02....I know that idiots!!!!!

Any idea what should I do??? I am running out of ideas now to get second FP.

Since you already received a letter from TSC, it is only a matter of time before they send you your fingerprint notice. Hopefully in the next 2 weeks you should hear something positive!

I got the same kind of letter after my lawyer raised an enqiury 1/10/05, they say they are processing 12/19/02 when my RD is 5/02, FP done 11/20/04.
I called today and the officer i spoke to transfered me to a supervisor who agreed that my date was way passed the current processing time and advised me make a copy of the letter i recieved and to write a letter to the Mesquite office and nearest local office which would be San Antonio stating the problem and i should get a more definite feed back. I dont want them to transfer my case to a local office so i might only write the Mesquite office.

Kind of the same case here my FP expire in mid december 2004, sent inquiry with congressman and they told me that I am in the scheduler for FP, 90 - 120 days, now aprox 60-90 days, hope it is true, by the way my ND May 2002. Good Luck
