First FP done - Nov. 2002 filer (non concurrent)
I had my first finger prints done on October 1st in Dallas.
Finger print notice was sent to my old address even though I sent AR-11 form and updated the address by calling National Customer Service Center. USPS returned FP notice to TSC since forward time was expired. Fortunately, TSC forwarded the FP notice to my new address within the scheduled date for appointment.
