Dear friends and experts ,

Can anyone tell me , does it harm or there are chances of rejection if we have stamp of kuwait residence permit of 2 years on passport , as i was on software development project in kuwait from my employer of india. what possible questions will arise while goin for H1b interview for my stay in kuwait.

Your 2 year work history in Kuwait should not affect your H-1B chances. You may be asked about it, so just tell them exactly what you did in Kuwait. I worked in Kuwait from 1992-1996. After that I immigrated (and later naturalised) first to Canada and then to the US. Kuwait did not factor anywhere in my immigration/naturalisation processes.
