Good luck for everybody.

Is this a Concurrent Filing?

I filed my I-140 in August 2002. After filing I filed my I-485 as concurrent filing. My I-140 is approved in SEP 2002 after a week I applied my I-485.

Will my application be treated as Concurrent Filing?

Used to have it up in my signature till I got tired of seeing it and with the absolute lack of any movement in the backlogs.

But since my 485 was filed after my 140 was approved, regardless of the fact that I begged my lawyer to file it concurrently at that time (It had just been introduced and she was totally against it), I doubt I will be included in the pilot program and hence will be waiting around for the next couple of years! :(

Sick of this wait and endless frustration.

non concurrent; filed in Oct 2002

I140,

I am in the same boat. Mine is WAC-03-009-5xxxx. 485
was filed after 140 got approved. Hope INS does not drop
the ball on our kind of cases !

Anyways..

avgm,

Hang in there buddy, you never know what INS will do next! Stick to your job with both hands and your feet, in the mean while keep sending faxes and emails to your local congressman and senator and make sure that they are aware of your plight. There is nothing more you or I can do other than support each other in this long cold winter!

Here is hoping for quick approvals!
