Fire the CEO of my company

Hi,

I am planning to start a business on H1 and I understand that I cannot work on managing the company unless I have the required authorization.

I also understand that I can appoint a GC or EAD person as the CEO of the company.

If I can hire a person as the CEO, Can I Fire that person if I am not happy with his performance at any time?

Please let me know if any of you know the answer.
