Finished PERM certificate for a hospitalist

This is addressed to medical doctors.
I started working as a hospitalist in Louisville, Kentucky. My immigration was pursued by two methods, one including PERM, and another one. Both were very slow, then the non-PERM method suddenly gave me a Green card. Believe it or not but a couple of weeks later I received a Labor Certificate. If anyone wants to move to KY, work as a hospitalist and use the Certificate, please send me a private message.
 
You had better to show the conditions listed on the LC. One must meet all the conditions set on the approved LC before the filing date. It’s not easy, is it?
 
This is a medical job. The basic condition is to have a residency program in Internal Medicine completed. NO previous experience is required.
