Anybody with October RD receive 3rd Notice for finger prints? I received and just checking with others. Please also update, if you have received response. Will case stop until fingerprinting is cleared for 3rd time? How long does that take? Thanks!

It is Oct 2002 RD/ND? then why would one get thirf FP unless yours is 2001?

my bad - they are actually second fingerprint

also, does anyone know what is a second level immigration officer. Called 1 800 number to inquire about rfe confirmation since web site was not updated and got transferred to some second level officer because first person had no access to find out. what kind of access does a second level ofcr. have?
