received FP notices both for me and my wife's on 2/22/2005
schedule date 3/29/2005 in New Rochelle,NY

is it okay if go for early FP's in New Rochelle,NY
did anyone went for early FPs in this particular center
can anyone post their experience?
 
Hi ,
We have received FP notice on Feb 25 th to be scheduled for April 5th at Boston Center.
MyPD is Sep 2002 and we field 140/485 concurrently on Jun 2004.
Just wanted ot share the information.

Hi,
Yesterday we have received Fingerprint notice from VSC which is scheduled on 24th march in hackensack ,NJ.
20th march is my due date for the baby and i am not sure when i will be delivering..I don't think that i will be able to go on 24th march.
Is there any way we can prepond the dates?
If so which days of the week are easy to get ?
I will greatly appreciate if anyone reply .

I got email today (03/01/2005) from USCIS that my I-140 approved today.

It is not advisable to reschedule the FP appointment date particularly in NJ where dates always suck. You can definitely make it, if you happen to deliver your baby on 20th march. You will be discharged from hospital second day after your delivery so you can make it. Anyway it depends on one's priorities and choices.

BTW what is your category (EB3/EB2), and Priority date/I485 RD. Your reply would be highly appreciated.

Thanks for the info. Did you file your labor from NJ? Mine is from NJ with Priority Date 11/15/2001 and I485 RD 08/31/2004 but still not received FPs.
I am little worried about this.

How did you know FBI did name check. I did early FP on 22nd FEB. but my LUD did not change.

 
bIOMETRICS CODE 3 scheduled on March 25th 2005

Hi,

I got schedule for biometrics (code 3) from VSC and are scheduled to take on 3/25/05 in Baltimore.

I used substitute labor and filed I140/EAD/485 concurently around
Dec'24 th 2004 time frame. Got approval for EAD on Jan'21st 2005.

Receipt date showing for all I140/EAD/485 as Jan'10th 2005.

My question here is I did not get I140 approval, how come I got
biometrics date before I140 approval? Is there something problem with my case? Also let me know what is code 3 and is there any precautions I should
do while attending biometrics (like what to fill etc)

can FP's come before I140 approval ??? why does the LUD change?(Is it about the FP's)

Please some one help me because i don't understand why the LUD changed without any change in the message.

I called up the phno found in this forums to find the status check about my Fp's from FBI..they said they send it back to USCIS on the same day .
