Fingerprints TRACKER - CSC

FP question

I got second FP notice in june 04,Have it done in same month. but till now status still show in oct 8 2002 recieved the 1st Fp. 3months no responses
at all. My wife have done second Fp at same month, LUD updated.and case was transfered to local office recently.any suggestion.
Should I ask the Fp support center for the FP issue.any chance they mess it
up. Anybody had experiment about that could share? or may I ask the CSC for the FP notice again?
Is there any comment for me?
