Fingerprints expire in 1 week. What to do?

Guys!

My fingerprints expire in 1 week. Anyone has contacted USCIS about it and got the I485 pushed? What can I do?

My I140 was approved on 2/16/05. Fingerprints done on 12/15/2003. RFE on I485 (pictures) - RFE acknowledged on 2/24/05.

Contact your lawyer ASAP. Most approval are made with non-expired fingerprint, although ther are few exceptions.

I would make a status inquiry. Followed by congressional help if it fails.

Status inquiry is not good because the case is within their processing dates.
Already faxed 2 senators.

I also sent an Expedite Request fax to USCIS last Friday. The LUD changed yesterday. Nothing today.

LUD changed is a good news, maybe they're working at it.
