For FP code 1 you had to go for all 10 fingers??????? What about pic???
Did they do that or electronic signature???????

Sorry, it took me a while to get back to you. No LUD change yet. Still waiting, I dont know how long the background check will take but I am thinking about to call FBI and ask when they going to clear my last FP's. I'll keep you posted. :)

Does Names matter on Immigartion process?

If my name is Jhon or david will I get the GC instead of my cultural names or ther names given to me on birth. Does it make sense? any Idea

And anyone else in the same basket, just to give you an update on my case.
I did not call the FBI, but I had a conversation with an IO. I asked him about my last FP's (code 1), he said it should be cleared within six months. Since last July and August after I complied with RIE, BIO(code 2), in September I had FP code 1, AR-11 10-10-05 and my LUD changed twice 10-17, 21-05.
Any change in your case yet?

Nothing new in my side, not even a LUD change.

Do you think that your LUD changes are mainly because of the AR-11 change of address?
Those 6 months don't look like something reliable, don't you think? Is a nice way for the IO to say don't bother me in 6 months.

You know what, after false alarm in August and September - and at that time I was expecting every day to get approved, I don't want to fall in the same trap again so two of the last LUD's are probably just related to my address change. As for the approval, I guess it'll come soon ...I guess. :) :) :)

I've got approved!!! My approval notice arrived today. Notice date 10-20-05.
It looks like those LUD's or at list one of them was the real deal. Good Luck my friend you are there too, shortly. :) :) :)
