my 2nd ead got approved today. i could have had it delayed for a bit since my 1st ead doesn't expire till sept 12th....i am not complaining. :cool:
 
Finger print status never changed..

Guys I did my FP on May 08, 2004. Till now the status is not changed. Anyone in same boat ? Which no I should call, to talk to FBI.

Anyone..this number handy ??????

I-140 AD- Feb 03 2004

I-485 RD - Nov 7, 2003

First EAD - AD April 6, 2004
First FP - May 08 2004
 
First FP notification received 8/26/04

Got the first fingerprint notification for me and my wife on 08/26.

I485 RD 7/27/04
I485 ND 8/2/04

so it took a month for the first finger print notice. Not sure what it means, whether it is good or bad. I am tracking this thread and see that folks have been waiting for a year in some cases. What does it mean when you get this notice, what stage is the I485 application in?

I wondering too -- if early FP means -- Bingo -- 485 n 140 is about to be approved concurrently ..

This might not be true though -- right now it might mean just nothing.

Got Fingure print notic today.

RD:08/13/2004
ND:08/24/2004
FP notice date:09/14/2004
FP Date:10/14/2004

What that's mean! Is it a good news ?

I 140/ 485 / AP/EAD
RD: September 03/04
ND: September 13/04 ( i got it in the mail today, that's how i know, RD i got it online)

Got the FP Notice in the mail today,asking me to come on the 30th 9/30

Got my 1st FP last week.

Even though my FP appt is on Oct 14, 2004 I was able to get an appointment online for 09/30 at Baltimore Center. Hopefully I will be able to get it done.

From what I am seeing on Rupnet...right now cases with ND of Oct, Nov and Dec 2002 are being approved. Yeah maybe sometime in 2005 hopefully..not sure exactly when but the earlier the better.

Lot of 2003 cases have been approved lately for Vermont Center. Maybe we should move there..lol
