How soon after fingerprints do we see a LUD change? Do they send fingerprint renewals automatically after they expire, or does this mean they are actually looking at my file?

For me, during my status check info pass agent told me that FP is expiring and gave me a letter to get 2nd FP done, but I have also not seen any LUD after the 2nd FP. I am still waiting for FP renewal notice for my Wife.
 
How soon after getting fingerprints do you see a change in LUDs? Does a fingerprint notice mean that they are actually looking at our file, or is it automatic? Any replies will be greatly appreciated.
 
I got two LUDs: one on the day of fingerprintings, and one on the following day for both mine and wife's cases.
 
Just did mine this morning and LUD was updated this afternoon. Let's see if it changes again tomorrow.
 
We four people went for finger printing. LUD was not updated and never changed BUT after eight months we all received our Green Card.(EB1)

Thank you so much for this information. I did FP 7/1/06. No updates at all (spouse and mine). I was already thinking maybe they did the FP wrong or something.

I pray that my case is as lucky as yours.
