Just wondering if people are getting fingerprint notices? I have a 485 ND of 5/5/04. No news so far.

I guess they stopped issuing FP notices from June'03 unless they are close to processing your 485. So hang in there...who knows how USCIS works?

Does this mean I-140/I-485 will not be touched until the finger prints are ready???

People who filed concurrently in 2004 are getting their 140 approved, just no fingerprint notices.
This statement has to be qualified with the fact that anything goes for USCIS, so you never know...
